Primark is hoping to open in Corby by November.
A deal was secured earlier this year to bring Primark to Willow Place in the town.

Bosses have now confirmed they will be getting the keys from the developers at the end of October, and expect to open to shoppers in the first or second week of November in time for Christmas.

Town centre manager Dan Pickard said: "We are looking forward to it and the feedback we have been getting has been really good. Everyone is excited about it."

Primark spokesman Geoff Lancaster said: "We will get the store open as quickly as possible after we have the keys from the developers.
"It will be a brilliant success in Corby."

The Primark group has 173 stores in the UK and employs about 25,000 people. It sells fashionable clothing at budget prices.
