Cash and crack cocaine were recovered when officers executed three drugs warrants in Northampton.
The warrants were executed at three separate addresses in the town today (Thursday 20 November) at about 8.30am.

As a result, five people were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply.

A large amount of crack cocaine and a substantial amount of cash was recovered from addresses in Swale Drive, Overstone Road and Kenmuir Crescent.

"But even though we have had a number of successes we will not be complacent.

"Our hard work will continue and the public can rest assured that we will continue to do everything that we can to bring other offenders to justice."

The people arrested were a 29-year-old Northampton man, a 40-year-old Northampton woman, a 25-year-old Northampton man, a 29-year-old man of no fixed abode and a 39-year-old man from Northampton.
